The Star ULB9E Mini Phantom Interior LED Light is the newest member of the Mini Phantom family of lights. It utilizes 8 Bright LEDs behind all new optics with 25 customer selectable flash patterns (12 patterns in two different phases), including steady-on. The ULB9E is equipped with an 11 foot cord with cigarette plug adapter that has an on/off switch and pattern switch. Use the included Flashback Hood with the included Windshield Brackets or Pivoting Flush Mount Brackets to mount this light in a wide variety of locations around your vehicle.
